Have never had breakfast anywhere better than at Fuchs. I would like to be invited to take part in comparison tests ests

What else can you say, simply great and delicious ? above all super nice staff, but you should definitely reserve in advance I think that says it all.

If you love good coffee, you've come to the right place. The offer and the variety are simply delicious. Staff is always polite and quick. Eating, whether breakfast or dinner, is simply brilliant and delicious.

We are often guests at the Fuchs roastery. We have never been disappointed, from the service to the food we ate. It's all great, we can recommend a visit to the Fuchs roastery to everyone.

Cute cafe. A great location, super cozy, nice staff and really delicious food / drinks. The highlight is definitely the hot chocolate with different flavors. It is recommended to make a reservation in any case, as the café is not super large and it can fill up relatively quickly. At least if you come with more than 2 people. Prices are really justified for what you get.

Not only coffee specialties are delicious here. The menu is varied and the craftsmanship is convincing. Had the goat cheese on apple ..... terribly delicious ?. Did I already mention the competent and friendly staff? I can only recommend Rösterei Fuchs ?.

The busy coffee house "Rösterei Fuchs" is organized by a very friendly and attentive service. Unfortunately, the coffee specialties made from self-roasted beans did not meet my taste. The smell of fresh coffee can be perceived far beyond Schwerin's market square. Overall, the coffeehouse isn't bad, but not particularly good either.

The cake and cappuccino were very good! Friendly service. We recommend.

We ordered breakfast for two. Overall, I found it good and sufficient. It wasn't anything special, however. There was no coffee included. Doesn't work in my eyes. And instead of real rolls there were mini-particles baked like this. I kept talking to my husband about who was taking which so that everyone would be full. I thought it was kept super tight. (That for the price .....) And expect fresh bread in a house like this. That was a shame. I found the atmosphere good, my husband not so good. That is probably a matter of opinion. I would go there for coffee again, not have breakfast.

I've been there several times now, but to be honest I wouldn't be spending that much money on the morning / evening hour without the vouchers in place. The evening hour in particular disappointed me very much. The spreads disappointed me and my company. And then you had to pay for drinks. It was also very loud and we didn't feel very comfortable in general.

Very, very tasty cakes and tarts to choose from. Coffee and cocoa were quickly on the spot and also an experience in taste. Unfortunately, the seats outside are right on the street. Still definitely worth a visit.

The coffee is very good, the food was okay. I had pasta with spinach pesto and salmon. The noodles were very soft and there was little salmon on the plate. The service took a long time and to pay you have to go to the cash register, where gifts are also bought. Therefore you have to expect longer waiting times. The floor was full of crumbs from breakfast, but otherwise the cafe is lovely.

The Best coffee you can find in Schwerin. Also the product is very good quality/price. Service very attentive. You can come in with dogs. For a Saturday I would recommend to make a Reservation because is full. Nothing Bad to say. Just perfect

Simply brilliant and delicious! And by that, I don't even mean the coffee in the first place (although that too - cappuccino with an extra shot was really good!), I mean the food. I haven't had such a tasty salad in a long time! Kudos to the kitchen! The sandwich was also delicious. Absolute recommendation !!

A very nice coffee house. We ate delicious and the coffee is delicious. If you like sweet things, you should definitely try the small chocolates opposite the cash register. Unfortunately it was so full that we never got the second cappuccino. Definitely go in when you're around.

The coffee is excellent. The breakfast for 2 people I think a bit overpriced. Since scrambled eggs and coffee have to be paid extra. Service and quality were very good.

Really good coffee and cake

Nice café right on the market square of Schwerin. Here the coffee is roasted and I really liked it. We had two cups of "coffee of the day", which met my coffee taste exactly. Beautifully earthy, strong and with little acidity. That's how I think coffee should taste. There were two pieces of cake and both were happy. The service was ok, not overly friendly but not unfriendly. For lunch there are also dishes to order but we only had coffee and cake.

sorry, but the coffee tastes bad. I came there to enjoy a tasty cup, but got rude service and bad cappuccino. Check on the milk foam.. - not good steaming. .. just dissapointment

Tasty, fresch

This place gives me hope for the future of third-wave coffee in Germany! Fabulous coffee. I stumbled upon this as I was passing through Schwerin and was shocked and delighted by their wide range of beans, thoughtfully sourced, and house roasted. I only had the chance to try the Indonesian Sumatra, but it was spectacularly good, which bodes well for the other options! Great place, and normal prices!

I loved their coffee. My friend can't drink milk, so it was great to know they can do all dairy varieties with soy milk without batting an eyelid. The barista was very friendly and funny. Been there twice, can recommend.
